It is not ever our goal to evict a tenant. It is not fun and we do not enjoy it. However, it is infuriating when people do not take responsibility for the effect their actions and choices have on other people, and this is just one more example of that. We believe in doing right, and not fulfilling your obligations is not doing right. No matter what, though, we would like to work with as many people as possible to make things right if we can, and with cooperation, involvement, communication, and effort, we may be able to find a solution.
