Need Help After the Office Closes?

We understand not everything happens between 9-5:30, which is why we’re making sure you can reach us when it matters the most. You can now call 888-337-1755 after hours to speak with a member of our maintenance team to help address emergency situations.

What Counts as an After-Hours Emergency?

If water is leaking and you can’t stop it, our team may help walk you through how to shut off the water.

We’ll help take care of hot water issues over the weekend, but not overnight (a Friday night call will be handled on Saturday).

For HVAC issues, we will dispatch emergency service if you lose heat when the temperature is 35 degrees or below and the in-home temperature falls to or below 55 degrees, if the interior temperature rises above 85, or if you or someone you live with has health issues that are exacerbated by the unregulated temperature.

If your only toilet stops working or there is no water in the home, we will dispatch a work order for emergency repair.

We will also assist after hours if there is a gas leak, electrical malfunction, or damage to the home (fire, tree fall, etc.).

What is Not an Emergency

A refrigerator not cooling is not considered an emergency. We recommend moving perishables to a cooler until we can address it during normal hours.

Loss of AC (unless as described above) is not an emergency.  Supply houses need to be open to procure most of the parts needed for repairs, so these requests are most often handled during business hours.

Non-emergent work orders can be submitted after hours using our service request form. These requests will be processed and dispatched the next business day.

Call When You Need Us

If you’re unsure if your situation qualifies as an emergency, please call us. Our after-hours team will be happy to troubleshoot and help you figure it out!
