In your portal, you will be able to find a record of all payments as well as any outstanding balances -
WHERE DO I GET A COPY OF THE GOVERNING DOCUMENTS FOR THE ASSOCIATION?
We make these documents available to you in your portal. They are provided in a format that is easy to download, so they can be shared easily. -
WHAT TENANT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO PROVIDED TO YOU?
We request tenant contact information so that residents can be kept informed of updates and activities planned for the community. -
WHAT ARE THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, AND RESTRICTIONS FOR THE ASSOCIATION?
Each community has its own unique set of rules and restrictions, which is why we make sure all documents are available to each community member through the portal. -
ARE OWNER’S GUESTS AND TENANTS ALLOWED TO USE COMMON AREA FACILITIES?
This can vary by community, but generally, yes. -
WHO MAINTAINS THE PROPERTIES AND THE COMMON AREAS?
Common areas are maintained by the HOA. Maintenance of individual properties varies by community, but will be clearly outlined in the governing documents. -
